COMMISSION T O S

Hey there! Once you purchase anything from me, you agree with these terms whether you read them or not.My adoptable terms apply to my commission TOS, so read through that if you have any questions.
If you're unsure, feel free to notify me.
Thank you for reading!OVERVIEW- I have the right to decline or cancel a commission if I do not agree with it
- Payment in Euros (€) and only with PayPal
- Therefore, I need your PayPal E-Mail to send you an invoice
- I don't do holds, the payment has to be sent and come through within the next 24 hours
- I have the right to display your commission on my Social Media
- If you do not wish that please notify me in the beginning
- I might use your commission as an example for future reference/in my portfolio
- If you do not wish that please notify me in the beginning
- You can DM me on Instagram to commission me.
- I don't work Saturday/Sunday
- Please, do not rush me.Rude and/or disrespectful behaviour will automatically result in cancellationPROCESS- I only work with clear and coloured references, I cannot work with solely a wall of text
- Any reference is welcome. This might be your own (be it a character sheet, a scribble or doodle of what you imagine the pose or composition should be), a picrew, real people, a stock image, etc.. Just provide me with CLEAR visual references
- The payment must be done before I start with the commission
- I will provide you with a (rough) sketch and you can tell me your opinions and if you want any changes
- After that you can decide if you want to be updated on the next step WIPs or not (clear sketch, lineart, flat colouring, etc.) - you can ask any time for the progress tho
- After the piece is finished, I will NOT make huge changes anymore (pose adjustment, different clothes/expression/character or anything which means I'd have to redraw it completely) otherwise I will charge extra
- This includes mistakes due to unclear references, lack of communication or no correction when given the WIPs
- Small changes, which in my opinion are easily corrected (colour HSB, a lineart mistake, etc.) are to an extent doable
- You will receive the commission as a full resolution piece however you prefer (stash, E-Mail)COPYRIGHTYOURS
- You can display the commission on your website or wherever only if you give me proper credit (@ me)
- You can use it for personal purposes
- You can print it, frame it, idk burn it or whatever and claim the right of your character but not the drawing itself, that's for the artist
- You cannot use it for commercial use, claim it as yours fully, trace/edit/copy it
- You may not turn any commissions or designs into NFTs or exchange or sell them for crypto of any kind, etc.
- You may not, under any circumstances, use my art, your commission or anything I have created for AI purposes. These include, but aren't limited to, training AI, making AI art, profiting of AI art and distributing it with any AI engineMINE- The artist holds every right to the produced commission, the drawing, not the commissioner
- As mentioned in the Overview, that means I can use it for self-promotion on different sites, in my portfolio, general display and however I likeUNDERAGED COSTUMERIf someone underage commissioned/ordered something from me, I do not take the responsibility. I will assume that the commissioner has the parental authorisation to do so.
I will not accept refunds.What can/will I draw?
- Humans, humanoids, light to heavy monster inspired humanoids, furries and anthros, kemonomimis, anything fantasy etc.
- Simple tech/prosthetics
- NSFW and artistic nudityHesitant
- Characters from shows/animes/games etc.
There's a big chance I'll decline your fanart commission, but it all depends on what you want.
But please, make sure to have a secondary character on hand in case.I Do Not:
- Draw ponies, pure monsters/ferals/animals, heavy technology, robots, mechas
- Do any sort of hateful content

- The payment must be sent within the next 24 hours of claiming the adopt

- A separate reference file of your adopted character will be sent to you
- Do not claim the design as yours/your creation
- You can change the design, information, colours, gender.. etc. of the adoptable however you desire - but keep it somewhat recognisable!
- If you end up redesigning them, credit me for the original design no matter how much you changed
- You can resell the adopt for the same price or lower
- Please notify me who you resold/gift it to so I can keep track of the ownership
- You are not allowed to profit/make money in any shape or form off a designCREDIT
- Do not remove the artist's signature on the original design piece
- ALWAYS credit the artist if you post the original design piece somewhere
- Credit the artist AT LEAST once if you use it or post anything about it (I'd love to be tagged so I can see what you draw/write! <3)Insta: @akamonetti

After you claimed your egg and paid, I will send you a little form to fill out. The character will be designed and drawn after your description. Your description can be as detailed as you want, no holding back!
OR if you want to get completely surprised all you have to give is a gender/sex/build + species/race and I will surprise you with what I come up with! The choice is all yours!What can/will I draw?
